a. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Your Apple ID account (Apple Account) will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via Apple ID account (Apple Account) settings on your device.
We do not store or access your full payment details — all transactions are securely handled by Apple.
b. One-Time Purchases
Some features, credits, or services may be available via non-recurring (one-time) in-app purchases.
These purchases are charged once and do not renew automatically.
Payment is processed securely through Apple, and purchase history is tied to your Apple ID (Apple Account).
For users accessing Fax via the web app, purchases (including subscriptions or credits) are processed using Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
Your payment information is securely transmitted to and stored by Stripe, not by Kalpa Studios Inc.
